Luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the 5th floor of Sonoran Spa Resort. This was the first of the Sonoran resorts built on Sandy Beach, and has the best location closest to town, best views and closest to the beach/on the beach. This condo is in the East Tower and so the patio faces the sunset in the west. You could throw a rock from the patio to the beach it is that close. Gorgeous beach views from the living room and master bedroom. Very well furnished. There are a lot of amenities in and around this resort. Sonoran Grill onsite restaurant and sports bar is excellent! There is also an on-site breakfast and lunch place and convenience store. The next door resort also has a great restaurant. Also next door are several other businesses...continued..... including gifts, another cafe, small shops and you an rent ATV's on the corner. Taxes are just outside the resort waiting to take you wherever you want to go. We have 5 star Airbnb rave reviews for this condo. We are now considering a long term lease or sale.
